I seriously think my car just has bad luck......last night someone backed into my car while it was parked scratching the rear quarter panel and gouging the bumper enough that it will need body filler. $645 bucks. When i went back to the body shop the guy goes "I thought we jsut fixed it, what went wrong" and I had to tell him that once again someone hit my car while it was parked........rochester people seriously can't drive worth shit...........oh well, one more accident and I may have to call it quits.

My car was hit and hurt 4 times in 6 months, the worst being my own fault, otherwise it was stupid people doing stuff.

ive had my fair share of accidents to so i know how you feel. today is my one year with my car and ive been in 4 accidents and a couple of fender benders.

1. when i got speakers installed in the trunk they scraped the right quarter panel with the side of the garage door. $600

2. was making a right turn from the right lane and some lady in a corolla tried to pass me on my right and hit my right quarter panel again.

3. ten days later i was waiting to make a left down my street when a lady blew a stop sign an slammed into my left quarter panel.

4.when i was parked in my schools lot i came back from class to find a nice gash on the bumper *twice* i got 2,3 and 4 fixed for $1200.

5 and the grand finally was driving to an intersection with the green light when a fire truck comes barreling through with no lights or sirens and i slam into it. everything from the wheels forward was demolished. $7000 (covered by insurance thank god)

now i try to stay off the main roads as much as possible cuz people drive like idiots.

I got hit twice in four days!!!

Once in the Cl, and the day I picked up my rental an old lady ran me off the road and knocked the side view mirror off the rental.

My CLS has the same problem.

My hood was vandalized, looks like someone sat on it. (2 months ago)
I was hit and ran in the parking lot where I work (2.5 months ago)
My car was keyed on both sides (3 days ago)

Luckily I have good insurance, but my deductable is $500.

after you guys got your cars fixed / repainted how does the paint look .. is it on the money or not as shiney ... as factory. its hard to make it look like original paint

two of the times it has looked factory, on the passenger door the paint looks fine, but it has a weird pattern in it, like you can kinda see the path of the spray gun, i dunno it may just be that i've seen it before and after, you prolly couldn't tell just from seeing it now.....but the paint itself is dead on
