Anyone no if the clutch discs for our 3rd gear A/T has been updated. Alldata shows the sotck clutch thickness to be .076" (1.93mm). Can someone confirm this maybe with another source. Because I found a couple of clutch disc manufactures that have them at .078" (1.98mm). I am actually in the middle of a rebuild and awaiting Raybestos clutch discs. Maybe the added thickness helped fix the problem with the 3rd gear.
