That car is ~55K... I have ridden in one about 4 times...
Our Head Legal counsel at work has one... he has a silver over black leather. The thing is a Beast. I still would rather have an M3 for the money....
It's a Hot car though

0-124 mph in 18.3 secs. That's fucking flying. I bet that thing runs low to mid 13s. I would buy one of those if it were $40K but I think since the C32AMG 4 door was like $55K this will be around $50K
Also 18X10s on the back. Damn you could put 20s on this thing.

Nothing personal, but I really don't consider the coupe a true mercedes....I mean, optional leather and wood trim?? That's not heard of for a mercedes now adays....
My friend has a cherry red one...it's "nice" but i just can't stand it. They bought it for the name...

Let the flame war begin....
Sure the MB is rear wheel drive and all, and that its a MB, but 50K is a bit 2 much I think 4 that type of car. IMO, the styling of the car doesn't look that great, 2, no offense, girly/chick car.
Lets put it like this, imagine buying a new rsx-s for 23K new and then having a $12K budget 4 engine and suspension mods. I'm pretty sure we can have the rsx-s run mid 13s all day and we'd still have $17K left if that MB goes4 $50K.
Not in the MB's league, but what if u bought a new 350Z/G35 coupe for $34K and put $10K into making the car fast --- oh man u'll have a beast and still save some serious cash. Plus the 0-60 time 4 the car is under 5.7sec. stock so w/$10K put in it u should be able 2 hang w/vettes U see my point guys, it just ain't worth buting the AMGversion of this MB (the E,CLK, S are another totally diff story though lol )

I'm not a huge fan of Mercedes-Benz, partially because their build quality over the past four years or so has plummeted. They're also overpriced (as is any German automobile it seems) and offer only automatics (with the exception of the SLK230/SLK320 and the C240).
Looks nice enough from the front end, back is horrible. I imagine the price will be about $37,000 to start.

Oh, and I'm a bit surprised they chose the 3.2 liter V6 engine. I believe this is probably just a detuned version of what is found in the current C32 AMG Sedan/SLK32 AMG, but rumors insisted that this AMG variant would actually be powered by a turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine, a first ever for AMG.
In a way, I'm glad they didn't go that route.

Burn some dust here
I really doubt that MB will make that over 45K. The C32 is 50, so why would they make any more than that? By the way, leather will be standard as all amg's are leather.
