Will we ever see Acura 2001 CLS with that many miles?

I don't see why not. Honda & Acura cars are usually noted for decent longevity.

My mothers 89 Accord has 215,000. The engine is in great shape the rest of the car is falling apart.

So far it looks like we've got very good engine, I have not see any single post of people complaing regarding engine failure.... but I really doubt original transmission can last up to this many miles

I have about 71,000 on my 01 CLS.

And it still looks prestine on the outside but it's pretty shakey. And the tranny is rough and a bit bumpy.

It will go to 100k, I wouldn't want to go past about 120k or 150k. It will be a garbage scow at 200k.

I'm sure mine could. I may have to replace a clutch, but that's OK.
