what should be done

Ok my 30k will be due tomorrow, I called two local dealers and prices were 365, 320 none included tranny flush. I am not going to pay for that expensive oil change, instead I am going to get the tranny flush and ac filter, does anyone suggest someting else I should have done?

Mention the TSB on brakes and tell them if you've noticed a slight shudder, it may get you new pads. It worked for me. My dealer is great by the way. They don't jerk you around.

I can relate to ACURA SERVICE's "taking things personally". I manage a trucking office....and take MY work very personally too. If someone has a problem with any aspect of my shop.....pricing, service, anything - I MUST take it personally.....cuz I'm not the only trucking company around. I feel I offer good service & a reasonable cost. ACURA SERVICE is coming from the same place.

However, my problem isn't with the member "ACURA SERVICE". My issues are with Acura's Service Dept.

The certification program is a joke & the dealings I've had with my local dealer will ensure that my next purchase will be Toyo/Lexus.

My better-half (like that's hard to qualify for ), is ready to trade-up from her Saturn...wanted a new CRV. She is now ready for a new Highlander or used RX300. American Honda Finance is getting all they're going to get from this household.

FOR FREE! Believe it or not, your paying for it when a 30K mile service is costing you over $300, and it basically involves an oil change, tire rotation and a visual inspection.

It's a pretty expensive rental if you ask me.
