30,000 mile service?

What do they do at the 30,000 mile service? What did it cost? Is it worth it?

See the owners manual (but when you get a quote ask them specifically). I paid $140.00 with a 10% discount coupon. YMMV

It's interesting how almost every one of your posts are like an advertisement to NOT do business with Motorworld Acura.

i'm curious on what you mean by that, i made some desktops recently, comented on a brake line thread, and other than that haven't been on the board for a while,

Motorworld Acura along with Motorworld automotive group is a lot of hard working people always trying to improve csi, and also promote growth in our dealership, we have won just about every mfg award for customer excellence,....................but i realize you can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time so to each his own, the above thread was a short text message saying i don't agree with what was said, but anyone on this forum is entitled to say what they want - thats why its a forum

Whether your opinion is official or not is irrelevant - your screen name and signature tie you to Motorworld Acura. When you give wise ass or negative comments the association to Motorworld Acura is noted and remembered.

It's called 'bad public relations'.

If I was the dealership owner I would think twice about an employee performing anything less then quality customer service - both in the shop and on the web. Of course, I am not your employer and his or her opinion may differ.

I agree, both positive and negative opinions are what makes forums like this interesting and informative.

(By the way, in no way am I implying that I am a saint - I just don't advertise my business in my signature)

My apologies in implying that all you say is wise ass or negative. I just did a search and the comments that I was thinking of were from many months ago.

This just reiterates the point - in my memory I tie your negative posts to Motorworld Acura regardless of the officiality of your statement.

I hate to continue something off topic, but I have to say I agree with the way Service puts things. Not his opinions, but that he plainly states his remarks are not those of his employer. YMMV

hey, i'm just quick (maybe to quick) to defend my job and profession, i don't beat around the bush and i'll admit i took some offense to the post, if you ever came in my office, you would see i treat "everyone" with the respect they deserve as a customer, even if i don't see eye to eye with them, i always remain professional (and calm) - i always do anything within my power to help or solve a situation - at work i'm a people person, and well forums, well thats why they call them forums
