3.2CL Emblem literally fell off..how to replace?

I found the replacement 3.2CL emblem on DelRay Acura's site but what is the trick to remove the current adhesive still on the trunk and reapplying the new? Should I just have the dealer do this???

Of all the problems I've had with this car, this takes the cake as the most strange .

Use a heat gun/hair dryer or hot florida sun (if applicable) to warm up the left over adhesive then use goo-gone to remove the rest.

Buff and polish or clay if needed.

leave the 3.2 off, looks better. WD40 works also to get the goo off. Soak it, and use your finger nail.

I would just leave it off. Do as suggested to remove the goo. You will have an outline left over. Some polish & a few weeks for the sun to fade it away will be needed.

I agree with the above, but to answer your question, do what was posted above, then use alcohol and clean the area, then apply the emblem to the trunk.

If you check the FAQ, theres a post there with measurements as to where the badge is supposed to go.

Good luck.
