2nd transmission trouble?
2nd transmission trouble?
My car is at the dealer awaiting a new transmission. I'm a little concerned because my understanding is that they are going to put a rebuilt transmission back in my car that is identical to one that is being removed. I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with their second transmission?
Also, I didn't even get an Acura loaner. I have a POS Chevy Malibu for the next couple of weeks.

I had my tranny replaced a thousand miles ago. So far it seems okay. I just don't drive it hard at all anymore.
don't not drive your car hard...drive it just as you want...
there does not seem to be ANY corelation between driving style and tranny failure...none at all...and if it fails again, lemon law it, or acura will replace it or they will have to take it in at full market value on trade...
