oh...i should have paid more attention...well it would be close...i had some rub from my 245/45/17's when they were on my friend enkie rp-02's they were a 42 offset though and stuck out of the fender well...i only rubbed when i cornered hard and hit a bump...
i just checked toyo...8.0 is minimum but the outside diameter is 24.8...it might help at the track...but you'll put miles on like a bitch...

Yes, it's been done. They are on a non-lowered CLS with SSR Competitions (17x8 +48). I don't know how the rub would be on a lowered car.
