20's - - What do I need to know??
I am thinking about 20's.
What are pros/cons? Likes/dislikes?
What suspension options do I have? Can I simply get coilovers?
Whats the ride like? Rough? If so, is it bearable? Is it worth it? By now you can figure out where I'm trying to get with this thread. Thanks!!
PICTURES would be nice for my eyes to marvel at!!

with my 19s on 35 profile tires, i feel tha road...and its rough as hell....20s u would have to go with a 30 series, so u can forget about a comfort ride...
It may look good, but its not worth all the misc. money and time trying to make it the perfect fit...u will probly run into rubbing issues...i did with my 19s
JUST go with 19, they look good, and u have more options to choose from

They "technically" could. They would have to be 20 x 7.5 with an offet of atleast +50. They would have to go on a 35 series tire...which means the car would sit as high as stock...and your speedo would be off by like 5-10mph!

The first thing to know is that you shouldn't ask this sort of question on this board. 20's WILL work and the ride won't be any worse than 19's with 235/35/19s. When you look for 20's you'll need to find one that has the right offset...that's the key factor. Assuming you go with a cast steel 20, you will lose some power, but if you pick up an aluminum 20 you won't notice too much loss. There is one particular person on this board now with 20's that DO work (I'm not sure if this person wants anyone to know yet so I'll keep it secret) and he's running a 245/30/20. Furthermore, sometime in the next couple months Continnental is going to be introducing a 235/30/20 which will make 20's a whole lot easier to fit on imports like ours.
So to answer your quesitons:
Will 20's work?
-YES
Will they slow your car down?
-yes, but not too much if you get an aluminum wheel
Will they make your car ride worse?
-it will ride firmer, but no worse than ANY other aftermarket lowprofile performance tire. Any who cares??? You'll have DUBS!
Can you get coilovers?
-YES, you'll still be able to lower it. If you get the correct offset your wheels will not rub. However, you'll more than likely have to roll your fenders and do a little trimming around the plastic splash guards...NO BIG DEAL
Here's an Accord with 20's...

like aaron said..
if you can find nice 20's with the right offset and width... yes theyll work.
BUT... there arent any nice 20"s in the proper sizes out there.
which means....... you need custom wheels.
so expect to spend some good mount o cash

20's will work on a CL - but must modify the fenders with a very high offset.
I have personally seen a TLS with 20 X 8.5 Maido LS5. The owner of the TLS must've rolled/modified the fenders. With eth TL wheel wells being slightly tighter than the CL - 20's should work for the CL.
Here's the link - click on the black TLS (3rd pic from the left).
