2003 TL Lip on a CL ?

Has anyone done this? I tried searching but couldn't come up with anything credible, I understand that it would have to be cut just as if it was a 99-01 lip, but I just wanted to see if anyone knew of any pics... Thanks!

i had both the 02-03 lip and the 99-01 lip. both require the same extensive modification in order to fit.

which one did you like better?

 

Personally I like how the 99-01 lip looks better than the 02-03, which is why I switched. The holes in the 02-03 lip were made there to be aligned with the existing holes in the UA5 bumper. Not to take anything away from the 02-03 lip kit, I still think it looks good in its own way, I just had that lip for 3+ years and was getting tired of it and figured I was due for a change.

awesome, im thinking of buying one, I talked to Ross about it again, he told me all he had to do to the 99-01, and i looked at his thread, im going to apply the same logic to the '03 lip, and hopefully it will work...

the same logic will work fine with the 02-03 lip. you will just need to pay attention to the alignment because they have a habit of ending up looking like they are frowning.
