2003 CLS 6MT with 18K miles

Found this insanely overpriced, but nevertheless best example left, probably in the entire world.

I'm sure there's someone out there with another that never gets photographed or driven. Destined to be lost in a fire or a flood.

With 18K miles? 1-owner? Insanely detailed Carfax going back 18 years? I doubt it. I really do.

This was just a few years ago...doubt they put 18K miles on it.

I sort of expected to find this color too...anyone who wants to keep something that was equipped with a rare engine/transmission combo would certainly want an even more exclusive paint color.

I'd hard pass on these super low mile examples. That means they've been sitting for a long time and sitting means the rubber and seals break down. Not only do those engines need a 105k service, but they also likely need many of the other internal seals replaced too. Rubber in the door seals and more likely is breaking down too.

Regularly driving the car will prevent that from happening. I'd take a well-maintained vehicle over a low-mileage one every time when it comes to old cars that are all original.
