I'm a new owner of a 2003 Silver Type-S 6spd and absolutely love it. Although I'd like to beef it up a bit.... Can somebody please tell me what mods are available for the 6spd and the amount gains I could expect?

Headers are the only real appreciable gain, peak 32 at the wheels. Intake adds maybe 7-10.

Will Acura dealers warranty the mods if installed by them? Or will they void factory warranty?
With headers, intake, and exhaust, have you clocked your 1/4 mile or 0-60? What sort of times have been seen?

Mods do not void a factory warantee, unless the folks of Acura can prove that your mods caused the damage.
I think I read the headers improve your 1/4 mile by like .3 sec. Depends on when you shift, obviously. Headers HP boost is at max near red line. Joy for you, you have 6-spd.
Exhaust won't help your times, really. It is for looks and sound. CAI probably unnoticable as well with only 7HP gain, but again improved sound. Headers will definitely help in the upper RPM band.

 

Find a dealer who supports aftermarket parts. My dealer has installed my engine mods and they are covered.
