Wow it's been a while, but got the CL back, after being in NY for a month almost. Doesn't feel as quick as it was when I left, that damn Jeep spoiled me but oh well. Anyhow crusing at 50 and this kid in an Impala sees me pulling up so he guns it and I take the lead then the next light is red so we line up give each other the look and laugh a bit.

Light Turns Green and this fuck got a sweet jump, and took me by about a car to 30-40mph, I don't know what the fuck he had in it but it wasn't stock. Anyhow once I got into 2nd I pulled past his car like it was standing still, then when 2nd-3rd shift came at 70mph I was about 2-3 cars by him and by 110 when I shut it down he was way way back. Still curious why he pulled that 0-35 about. But it must have been funny for him, he thought he had me for the first three or four seconds and then hes like Ja Rule in F&F NOOOOOOOOOOO MONICAAAA. Ok maybe not since we both drive slow cars but y'all get the idea. hahahah

 

Good kill, the new generation Impalas are actually called WIMPALAS by us enthusiests and the previous generation owners. A fwd v-6 Wimpala, mahn chevy messed up that car.

Nah my launches are normall great, at the track my R/t's are good too. I got a deecent launch, nothing great. But still Even if I had a perfect launch He would have been ahead at 40mph, so just curious what he had in his car that did that.
