2000 TL, keep it or trade it in?

2000 TL, keep it or trade it in?
Sup guys... I havn't been on the board for a long long long time... I don't know anybody here still remembers me or care to remember but I had my share of PWing back then. 
Here is the run down, the powertrain warranty will be up in a few month. I need to decide if I should keep it, or just trade it in.
NOTE: I had my tranny replaced once already at about 60000KM and I am at 92000KM now.
I had my TL since high school, and had lots fun memories with it. Would love to keep it just for the sake of it.
Also its not worth a whole lot if I trade it in, now. But would be a problem for me if the tranny dies again after warranty. KNOCK ON WOOD!!!
My next car is likely be manual and sporty (e.g. M3, STi), so would be nice to have a sedan to drive girls around and wut not, and if that's the case... TL bros plz recommand me some mods... I havn't keep up on those things for years.
1. Interior mods. Would like to rid of the stupid plastic wood trim. The LED for my clock on console is dead. So maybe blue LED mods? I would prefer to get the real silver trim from A-spec, but I heard that I must order the full door panel?
2. Suspension: Would like to get sway bar. Either springs or coilover. What had been the most popular ones recently? Still Comptech for sway and srping? How about Tein, are they still good?
3. Brake: After all those years... do we have mods that finally gets rid of the mushy pedal feels?
4. Engine: What's cheap and effect? It snows in Canada and I have heard a few incidents where the engine gets flood... So that worrys me abit.
5. Exthust, would that still be Comptech?
All that + 18" Rims and tires of course, I got something in my mind for that already.
Despite that I got 3000+ post count... Treat me like a noob and be nice would you...
