Has anyone bought the 2.20J dvd nav update and run into serious problems?

I can't enter an address by city when I've selected PA as the state. It hangs for a long time and then gives me the letter screen with all the letters grayed out. This behavior is very consistent. Strangely, all the other states I've tried work fine.

I called Acura corporate and my dealer and they claim nobody else is having problems with this version. They are not being helpful.

 

I have the v2.20 navi and have never had a problem with it. Go to your dealer and have it checked out if you are still under warranty. Otherwise, try an exchange with acuranavi.com

 

No problem here. Been running 2.20 since it came out (not sure of the letter rev)
