1st gen CL and 5th gen Accord compatibility?

1st gen CL and 5th gen Accord compatibility?
I was thinking of trading in my 94 accord for a 97-99 2.2/2.3 CL.
Can I directly swap my exhaust, springs and AEM pullies to from the Accord to CL? Does it matter if the CL is 2.2 or 2.3L? I would think that since they're the same car underneath, it would all be the same. Am I correct? Thanks.

I also know that your exhaust will probably swap over nicely. Still not sure about the pulley's though...I have a feeling that they won't go. Moving on over to 1st Gen Forum..
