19x8 +45 Axis Seven Mods... RUB????

looking to buy a set of Axis Seven Mods +45 offset with 235/35/19 tires. i have a TLS /w HR Sports drop. if i cut the fender tab, would that be enough. would it only rub if ppl were in the back? if so than i dont really care about that. what part of the tire will rub and whats so bad about rubbing? tire damage? i oculd live /w a lil rubbin here and there i think. opinions please

Since you have a TL-s consider 225/35's if you want to be completely safe, but 235/35's could work if you trim the tab. I have 19x8 +49 with 225/35's and don't rub with it lower than H&R drop

I have the same wheels and same springs and I still feel there is too much of a gap btwn the wheel and fender. I never even come close to rubbing. You'll be fine.

I must note that I'm running 225 series, although the Parada's run a bit wide for a 225 (so I've read).

BTW, get those headers on the car ... or change your sig.

I've never run the 1/4 in my car so I don't know if my car is actually slower. The 19" wheel+tire combo I have weighs the same as the stock wheels w/ SO3's. I'm sure the larger diameter wheels take off a few hundreths or so...it isn't noticable at all w/ the butt-dyno.

It runs very so slightly, and yes, the fender tabs were trimmed.
