no 19x8 is the widest we can hold

8.5" will fit on a CL, but the wheel must have a super high off set and the fenders have to be modified.

I have seen a TL (which has a tighter wheel well than the CL) with Maido LS5 20X8.5 running 245/35/20 - so it is possible.

I don't know about 19x8.5...but I am positive that 19x 8's with the right offset will because I had 19" Moda R6's on my car, and they looked awesome! I ended up selling them to a buddy of mine over on the TL board. Anyways, here are some pics...Enjoy.

P.S. Notice the projector HID's that he customed fabricated to fit his TL! They are projectors from a Porsche Turbo...He is amazing with that kind of stuff...JMHO..
