Maybe I can get Retail Louie in Allentown to buy a casket off of me and we can cut a deal........ Damn fucker... I knew he was trying to rip me a new asshole.... Oh well business is business... I guess that is why they got a killer showroom... he asked me to drive out and check it out.... I said, that is like a 6.5 hour drive for me just to check your showroom out.... He said it was a hop, skip and a jump.... I'll hop skip his ass into a nice Stainless Steel casket... and take all his rims....LOL...

Smitty,

Stupid question…. Why do Funeral homes push the fact that caskets have warranty’s ???
I’ve always wondered this.
Ever have a claim from an unsatisfied “customer” ???

Shawn S

PS.... I'll go take a picture of the Wheel place if you want.
It's not far from where I work.

ROFLOL.. yeah go take a pic...LOL...

Well, Funeral Home don't express the casket warranty, Casket manufactures do. Funeral homes have small print on the GPL (General Price List) that says they are not responsible for any expressed warranty by the casket manufacture...

I hear shit all the time... If they ever need to disinter (remove a casket from the grave/crypt/maus.), for any reason (ex: flood, court case, relocate a person to another cemetery).. If they open the vault and remove the casket and it is rotted, gasket is broken or any other law bidding problems... The casket manufacture must replace the casket with the same or equal quality. All manufactures are different...and some have 50 yr warranties and blah blah.. i guess they try and push PEACE of Mind, so that if anything ever happens to your loved one, they got your back...LOL..

But no, no one comes back and tries to take me out... I call the casket rep and he handles it... But I never had a problem yet.

$2200 for silver sounds right on target.

Those wheels should be $500-550 a piece.

Smitty...

I originally found the Mayas on DazzMotorports' site: http://www.dazzmotorsports.com/

Give them a buzz and see what they say.

Did you also contact the number on the www.mayawheels.com site?

Chances are they will give you retail, but it doesn't hurt to give them a shot.

Like Soopa said $500-$550/wheel sounds about right.

PS: you guys have no idea what it's like until you help Smitty carry a dead body from a home.

edit: here's the pic you forgot to add:

The Maya line of wheels are made by Trafficstar in Japan, but distributed by Dazz. Dazz can not sell to the public. You'd prolly get a cheaper price thru Mike at Value. It's also a copy of the Lowenhart BR5.

I think everyone here has seen them on my car at LEAST once or twice.

They’re available in a LOT of different sizes & offsets so I’m sure that lip in the photo isn’t too common for FWD applications.
My lip is pretty deep, but not THAT deep.

the DTMs are not copies of BR5's... shit... the trafficstars were around BEFORE BR5's.

Mayas are just the US trafficstar line.

Yeah well the Maya rims come in 18, 19 or 20's... I do believe the ones on the SEMA CL were 19's.. but that is not important here.. I am looking for 18's and somwhere else other than Mike.

Maya doesn't have a BR5 copy. They have a Eurohart copy the TT6 that Maya sells. The DTM is also from Trafficstar. Bersaglio has the BR5 wheel they sell that shawn has on his car (Spoke II).

Thanx Soopa, but that is not going to solve the issue... I am looking to buy the 18X8 rims from some place.... I don't need stats or measurements or anything... i know they will fit... All I need to do is find a place that carries them (besides Mike/ValueT).. That is all I want....

But like the earlier posts say... Unless you want to pay RETAIL price for the rims then knock yourself out... and just in case you don;t know what retail means--- put it this way.. High end, expensive, top dollar, ect.

Smitty

p.s. there is the address head over to www.mapquest.com and get driving directions..

Take RT-22 West and get off at the Kuhnsville exit.
That’s the one immediately after the PA Turnpike entrance.
About a ½-mile up Tilghman St on the RIGHT hand side.
