Guys, how much should I be paying for my 15k service, please post the amount each of you paid.

My first Acura dealer service was at 30K and that was $145.00. For 15K all you're doing is oil, and rotate tires?

 

Hmm, If memory serves me right, I paid around 230 ish for the 15K service. Which includes a oil change, tires rotated, tranny fluid change, and a host of other inspections...

 

I don't own a NEW acura but, I thought that all this was covered by the warranty? (15K service)

 

There are some luxury cars that include free maintenance, but not ours..

 

when i had my 97 gsr, 15k service was like 300. They change oils, do checks, rotate tires, adjust valves. Some other small things I believe...just another excuse to charge more for a bunch of little things put together.

 

A 15k inspection includes an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection of the car including breaks and other fluids. Tischer Acura/Nissan in Laurel, MD quoted me a price of $150 to have my car done. HOWEVER I took my car to Accurate Auto on 10 Taylor Ave. in Annapolis, which is a certified acura repair shop and they charged me only $80!! If you live in the DC/Baltimore, Annapolis area and need work done on your Acura or Honda, give them a call. They do a great job and the price can't be beat!
