Time and money.....probably easier to buy an 04 TL since the CL's trunk is longer

Do you mean the entire trunk lid? Or just the spoiler? Why on earth would you want an entire trunk lid on a car it wasn't designed to be on?

Get the M5 lip spoiler... it looks really good. The lip on the TL is larger and I don't believe it will flex to fit the curve of the CL deck lid.
