They're not 5000k anyway. There the exact same temp as you have in your CL (assuming you are stock). The difference in color is the projector's affect on it, not the bulb itself. D2S bulbs will fit with some slight modification, but the lense won't be able to manage the light as efficiently as it can with the D2R bulbs (which have a black strip around them to block unwanted light).
Your best bet is to stay stock. This will give you the best illumination. If you have to have higher color temps for more blue, you can go Philips 6000k (actually about 5800k) and still have good output (although slightly less than stock). Anything higher is a tinted HID capsule and you start really losing visibility.

What about a 4,500k? I had those in my Accord, and they were slightly more blue than my stock 4,100's. Those any good? They're made by Xtec
