anybody fabbed projector fogs into the 03 inserts?or any other fogs and switch??

still trying to figure how to put in fog lights, not going with the OEM 01-02 fogs.

any directions will be appreciated.

Wiring the fog lights is pretty basic, as with any other lights. Wires, a relay, and a cabin switch. I'm sure you're not concerned about this part.

I would probably get a used pair of ducts on ebay, and start measuring the inside length and height. Once you find the lights that are very close to that, just mold the rest of the gap with fiberglass. This will look like they fit in there from factory.
If the fog lights you buy do not fit flush, it's just not worth the effort. it will look like you got them at auto zone.

I personally like the look on my black cl-s without the fogs.

 

thanks for the reply. i saw this cls with fabbed honda fogs on 03 inserts(google images for cls, its the red one with gold rims) but i couldnt get him to reply on how he did it) just looks so bare in the front w/ o fogs.

That might be a first generation cl, and definitely aftermarket front lip.

 

Yeah that's a 1st gen, people definitely have done projector fogs, search around
