03 CL on TL lIp Kit and Fog light?

Can anyone tell if the 02-03 tl fog light will fit on the 03 CL ? and does the 99-03 oem lip kit on the TL fit and the CL also...

the fog lights are not interchangeable, the tl ones are longer and skinnier than the cl which is shorter and taller.

bumper may fit with some customizing. but i dunno if it's worth it

fogs no. the lip kit will only fit with custom work done to it.
