To all you guys looking for parts that will fit '99-'01 TL from the 02 TL-S, this is what we have found so far- the taillight assmembly will fit, but make sure you get the harness that attaches to it or you will have a real bad time making the signal lights work! The tilting headrests will fit, the mirrors wont.

actually I'm interested in what 2002 TL Type S parts would fit the 2001 CL Type S. (rear-view mirror, side mirrors, etc)
