i never can find a 330i around to test it but i'm guessing TL-S would spank the 330i (with sport package)

 

The sport package does nothing for acceleration except for possibly allowing for a slightly harder launch.

Depending on if it is a manual or automatic would certainly help to determine the outcome in a drag race. But if your question is about a road course test the 330i with sport package would certainly win.
