02 330CI 5MT vs 03 CL-S 6MT
I am planing on racing him after i get my IMRC fixed. Its going be all on the dragstrip, because i dont do it on the streets. What do you guys think who will be the winner?..
I am going to do it sometimes next week. Actually i ran him and he left me but again my IMRC is busted now..

140,000 miles young
If you get a good launch I think you will have him. Then again, if he gets a good launch he might have you. It will be close - I agree with Lippstuh on buying headers

Back in the day Car and Driver did this test both being 6mt and if I remember right they said the CL-S had the better straight line speed....even thought the 330 handle alot better.
Someone do some research and correct me if I'm wrong.
You better be a pro at the manual...one misshift and its goodnight CL.
Good luck.

I stand corrected...
must have been the 328 I was thinking of.
Here is the article...
"But still, the nagging issue of the extra seven grand must be dealt with. For openers, the BMW has a minuscule edge in performance (0.1 second to 60, 0.2 in the quarter, and the already noted advantage in braking and lane changing). Beyond that, the 330Ci comes standard with stability and traction controls, neither of which is available on the six-speed Acura."

I know I'm mag racing but hey..thats all the info I got.
It's def. going to be pure drivers race.
