'01 E brake help ...

how do i adjust it? ...just had a friend turn the rotors and new pads and...the e brake is still loose though it was before the job ...never been adj. as far as i know...anyway the pedal has more travel also ...i was thinking the line needs to be bleed he thinks it's how much of my rotor they had to cut and that now the brake has to travel furthur?>>>>>>

sweet ...what do you think about the brake travel...and i should add...if i pum it a few times it feels normal...im thinking bleed/fluid level?

You probably need to bleed the brakes. Start at Rear Right, then Left Rear, then front right, then front left. As far as the ebrake goes, you can also adjust the ebrake at the rotors. If you take the wheel off there's a little rubber grommet. Remove that and it gives you access to the brake adjustment. Use a flat head screw driver to tighten or loosen.
