is 01 CL's interior the same as 99 TL's?

is 01 CL's interior the same as 99 TL's?
I am thinking about getting an aluminum dashboard. the cheapest one i found so far is at http://www.edashkit.com/shop/catalog3_0.html , which offers the kit for $175. But it says it's for 99 TL and up.. so is this gonna fit the 2001 CL?
(that website also offeres dash kit for RL, Legend and MDX)
