hey guys i have a 01 cl base and want to swap a j32a2 motor in. ill prob be pulling everything from my 02 tls. i plan on putting a j35 into my tl. my cl is my daily and i plan on putting a 6 speed into the tl. what would i all need from the tl to swap the motor over? i know ill need engine, engine harness, cluster, dash harness. what else? o and my cl has navi and my tl dont

You could just swap the engine only if you wanted.

If you want the full power, you will need the Engine, Engine Wire Harness, and ECU.

Optional is the Cluster and IMRC module. Personally, I would just remove the butterfly valve in the intake manifold. You would need a little bit of custom wiring to hook up the IMRC module to work like stock.
