*Pics* Installed Cleared Headlights --56k Beware

First off I would like to thank Mr for doing a excellent job and also doing them in one day and shipping them back to me the next.. That's just awesome..

Only took about 2 hours and it was my first time taking off the front bumper or lights on this car.. IMO it looks 100x times better, I couldn't be happier witht the final product..

I wanted to keep it as legal as possible but still have it look decent so I went with the silverstar chrome/orange blinking turn signal.. And a clear LED/orange in color light below that.

Now time for the pics:

In this pic it looks like the orange diffuser is still there..

Was it hard taking off that bumper? It just looks so good. Do you still have your old ones? I'll talk to you about it later.

The whole thing was Alot easier then I anticipated.. I was just extremely careful since it was my first time taking it off.. If you've done it before it should take between 45-1 hour..

oooooo....haha...steve don't make me dig up that thread where you called cleared lights

joking aside, this is definitely my next appearance mod... especially since my lights are fogging up now anyway and will have to come apart. wonder if tischer would just pull out the diffuser when they fix it.

Things change. I also called 5Zigen wheels and I plan on buying them lol.

They do definitely look alot better. I like it without the clear diffuser, just the removal of the stock amber one.

I'm going to Tischer sometime this week. I don't know if they'd do the diffuser removal or not. It is worth asking. If you asked Lenny directly he might make something happen for you.

what bulb goes in the reflector spot? a 168 wedge? which bulbs did you guys end up goin with? did anybody buy hyperwhites for that spot?

I had a curious question. Would there be anyway to switch the turn signal bulb to be the running light (so that it can be hyperwhite) and the reflector bulb to be the turn signal?

Yea it's a basic 168 wedge.. I went to PepBoys and picked out a couple "amber" bulbs and tested them out before I decided. I wanted to keep it looking somewhat as legal as possible but you could definitley go with hyper white..

You could possibly swap the two but for the time it would take to make sure everything is resealed so there isn't a precip getting into the lights would make the whole thing a bitch..

Would I be able to just leave the bulb out where the reflector bulb is?
