I have all but seen the actual unit and can comment on these features:
1) Writable
2) Easily tunable with PC - RS232
3) Intelligence built in will include mappings for Honda/Acura cars with a new trim correction algorithym
4) Timing advance and retard in manual and intelligent operation
5) Vtec engament managment
6) Optimized controls for transmission shift points
In all its all that and a bag of chips ... replacing multiple aftermarket components Apex vafc, Fields, L10 electronic tranny control modules, etc... Allowing near full control over total engine managment via ECU or with auto-pilot to automatically bump factory settings (requiring 93 octane) to increase overall gains across the board.. looks like a tuners dream... Yes this is real.. not its not a flame..... yes this is factual... those who will be at SEMA will see it in person .... prices vary based upon model and gains will vary even more deopending on mods and your tuning ability .... but in all AEM stands for Advanced Engine Managment... looks like their coming back in the game stronger then ever!!!

BTW.. with all the mods coming this week : Comptech SC, RC MM, AEM ECU, and the good ole favorites: Headers, intake, nitrous, sways, springs, exhuast, pulleys etc .... Whoever gets them all into his ride first should get a :

He is telling you the truth. I have known about the ECU mod for the last 2-3 months. In fact Mike asked me about it about a month ago and we spoke briefly about it.

BTW: 93 Octane would be required for greater freedom in timing advance... just means with a 91 you wont be able to go as agressive without octane additives......

wow a you just threw a tripus the most difficult dismount possiblej/k.. that line though will tell alot about how old i am...anyway it's only 10:18 in vegas....and wow thi is so awesome we get complete control from aem and affordable power from doug...i just hope the two work together
