While I've always admired the work he's done to that car... $55,000 is pretty outrageous considering if the car was stock it would sell for less than $20,000. I don't doubt there's $35,000+ in upgrades to the car but still...
Good luck with the sale buddy.

it's also in our black market for the same price.
as someone who spent probably just as much money on a TL, I know how much he's dreaming pricewise!!

Since $55k is just his "buy it now" price, maybe his reserve is a little more realistic. That car is incredible and for all the time and money he's spent on it I can understand why he wants so much. However, it's still a modded car and most people don't want to buy someone else's work. Unfortunately, you can RARELY get anywhere near what you put into a car when you sell it. Either way, whoever ends up with it is one lucky SOB. Good luck w/ the sale Essarak.

thats the sickest CL ive ever seen but i don't think that i'd drop 55K on it. Rather get a M3 and have some extra $$ for mods. Good luck with selling that though, beautiful car.

I thought of that route but if I had to part it out I'd rather keep it and daily drive it.
the reserve price is well below the buy it now price, lets say I'm willing to take offers in the high 30's .....

I've always liked the exterior mods and the color. Not so hot on the inside ones. Hope he doesn't lose his shirt selling the car but the thing is so unique and based on a car that most people yawn at it will be tough moving it.
I don't have that kind of money to spend on mods.
