I'll help you out:

Brand: PETROL
Model: METRIX
Size: 19x8
Finish: Hyper Silver
Offset: HPO
Lugs: 5 x 100/112/114.3/120
Wheel Price: $295.75
Tire: NEXEN N3000
235/35/19 SR:W TW:340

and the other is:

Brand: R1 Racing
Model: GTR-4
Size: 19x7.5
Finish: Gloss Black
Offset: HPO
Lugs: 4/5 x 100/114.3
Wheel Price: $265.75
Tire: NEXEN N3000
235/35/19 SR:W TW:340

So to your question:

We have no way of knowing, because there is no offset listed.
Both will fit if they have an offset high enough.
On the Petrols, you'll need an offset of about +45 or more.
On the R1s, you'll need an offset of about +42 or more.
To be safe that is...

if your car is nhb, cgp, or pwp..i think these wheels will look pretty good. i like the R-1 wheels, a cool variation of a mesh design!
are those genuine 2pc or 3pc? or are those "fake" rivets?

if you end up getting one of um, can't wait to see the pics!

wheel size does not put more or less stress on shocks/struts. If your car is dropped (and should be to not look like a SUV with 19s) that can hurt the stock shocks if just springs are used. The only problem with 19 inch wheels is the thin tire sidewall does not give a lot protection to the wheel or smooth out all the bumps in the road. So the short answer to your question, no they will not put extra stress in your shocks.

The Petrol look nice and VIP stylish, although I've never heard of these brand of rims. So I can't speak for their quality. The R-1 I know are on the cheaper end of the sectrum, so unless you live somewhere where you don't have to worry about pot holes like here in the Tristate area then you could be okay say if you lived in Florida or Cali where the roads are smooth and flat.

Id say look for 18s. For that price, you can get a better 18'' wheel.
