Will this mess up my camber/toe?
Will this throw off my camber/toe if I lower my TEIN SS a few threads down to see what it looks like...and then put it back to the original thread height??

The alignment is height specific. So it is good at the height that the car was at when you aligned it.
Lowing it down for a few days, then raising it back to where you had it when you aligned it won't mess anything up. But if you lowered it more than say 1/4" and left it there, you'd wanna consider another alignment.
