I just got my progress rsb installed on the softer setting. I have the stock suspension. Everyone here will tell you to go stiff or nothing at all, but honestly, even with the bar set at the softer setting, you can immediately detect an improvement in handling. With the rsb installed there's less body lean and more control going through corners. It's a very worthwhile upgrade. I may adjust the bar to the stiffer setting in a month or two in order to see if I can really tell the difference. But I wanted to preserve the ride quality a little bit more, and the bar does make the car a little bumpier when going over dips/potholes in the road. It's subtle, but noticeable on particular road imperfections. I don't really notice it for day to day driving. I'd say to try soft and then move to firmer if you want an even more "planted" feeling.

When I installed mine, I set it at soft for a day and immediately noticed a difference. I couldn't wait to fiddle with it so I set it on the stiffest setting the next day and I never looked back! I love it!

I am "slammed" on SS's so for sure that made it more noticable. I have noticed that when I really push it the car it can oversteer.

For stock susp and stock tires tho i'd recommend softest. Since the tires can break loose "easier".

Though, it's not hard to adjust, just give the two settings a try and see what you like better. Good luck!

I had the soft setting for a bit and then changed it over to the stiffer setting. Was not aware of a drastic difference...I am still riding on the stock suspension.

I found this on another thread posted by moda:

28 ft lbs on the top of the end link
22 ft lbs on the bottom of the end link
33 ft lbs on the bolts holding the sway bar bushings

So how do you like the RSB after a few months? Pretty sweet eh? Changes the whole driving experience of the car doesn't it?

i wasn't expecting much since my other vehicle has suspension and a 22mm rsb. however, with the 22mm rsb in addition to the very stable chassis, i think this car handles extremely well even on stock suspension. Very nice upgrade for only 145 bucks!!!!!!
