volk racing wheels gt-n

hey guys i found a set of these bad boys and i was wondering if they would fit on my tsx they are 17x8 with a 44 offset how will it do? does anyone know how much these weigh?

they will fit fine but will look super duper small b/c they're 17 but have a 1in lip, effectively making the face 16in
