hey, a guy from club rsx who i am good friends with wants to sell me his BBS wheels (17" rx Style (i believe)) for 1000 with tires, he states they are less than about 20lbs with tires, theyre in perfect condition and hes giving me a good deal on it. i know theyll fit but my question is would they look good? to small?
they dont look like the newer bbs wheels theyre an older style supposedly off a bmw m3 which was like test wheels before the car was in production.
thanks

Work Wheels Came in!!!
ok, so these wheels took about 2.5 months to get to my home in South Jersey.. i ordered from kamispeed, and if anyone orders from them, i still recremend it.. they gave me a great deal and even though it took forever because they came from japan, i still love them...
- but the people over in Cali forgot to ship the Wheel Lugs/Wheel Locks I ordered, and also forgot my Center Caps but they fixed everything and its now in Transit.. i cant complain, people make mistakes.. But then i ahd no lugs to put my wheels on, but my brother was going back to his stock wheels because his tire tread on his 5zigen's were bald due to bad camber wear. So my brother let me use his lugs/locks for the meantime.

19" tires for TSX?!
In the Wheel Gallery, there is a silver TSX wearing Falken Circuit Specs 19x8 +45.
I think this looks amazing and have already priced some out for myself through my local dealer.
He said however, that he could not find the right tire fitment for a 19" wheel on a TSX! Any ideas? What tires does this TSX in the wheel gallery have??
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Truth is, according to the offset calculator on http://www.chris-longhurst.com/carbi...bible_pg2.html
With a 235, on a +45 offset wheel, the inside will have no change, the outside will come out +20mm further than stock.... NOW.. to give you an idea.
MY tires are 225, mounted on +47 wheels (they were +42, I had them machined for $80) and the calculator says mine are 3mm further away from the suspension, and 13mm further outside the fender well than the stock tire.
The wheels/tire you want would be +7mm more than mine, or approximately 1/4"
Here's what mine look like.
If my car were lowered, I might run into a problem on the rear while loaded. But at OEM ride height, I'm more than fine! Plus as I mentioned before, if you have an 8" wheel, you could go with a 225 I believe, plus you could have them machine down the mating surface to increase your offset a bit more!

so stupid question -
is this person on the forums??
Or does anyone else have these wheels? I can't find BBS LM's with out a chrome lip --- the RG-F's are the only wheel I can find that BBS makes similar to that.
I want to know how they got these wheels - i'm in love with them!
