TSX A-Spec suspension install options

I see in the FAQs that a couple of people where quoted $600 for A-Spec suspension install.

I plan to save on the kit by purchasing online (original plan was to show up at dealer at purchase and do it right away) So now I am wondering what a local shop would charge instead of the ridiculously inflated $600+. I don't have the tools, skills, or friends to install this-wish I did. So would local honda shop charge around $300 or so?

Anyone know any SFBay Area Honda specialists? thanks.

Acura dealership will probably charge around $500-$600. Its not a difficult install since you don't have to dismantle or assemble anything. All you need is a jack, a socket wrench and some other commons tools. I did it all on my own, but I had to disassemble and assemble the shocks and springs, whereas the aspec doesn't.

thanks....Yeah as much as I would like to do it myself, I am very gun shy: last year on my motorcycle shock upgrade it was the same (simple tools, simple steps ) BUT I snapped off a bolt on my triple clamp with my ¿faulty? torque wrench. I am sticking to oil changes all round for a while.

Oh when I said 'local honda shop' I meant 'private shop'

A local "private shop" here in SoCal charges around $200 for the install. I remember reading this a while back but I can't find the thread.
