Hey guys, I have a 2006 CBP TSX and i am looking to get the 04-06 TL stock rims in chrome on her. Does anyone have a picture of the TSX with those rims on? Can anyone photoshop them on?
BTW, what would be the best tire size i can put on them? Will it rub?![Wish](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/wish.gif)
Thank you in advanced.

Why would you want to put regular TL rims on your car? Its the same size as the ones you have on your car right now, just an inch wider(17x8). If you are going to get TL rims, you should get the A-Spec ones. They are 18x8, they can be bought in chrome and they will make your car look sick..... Just a suggestion, you should check them out. You can see them on the tsx on www.google.com. Just put "tsx with A-Spec rims" and you'll see a couple of pictures.....

Sorry for the late reply guys. The wheels are 18x8 running 225/40r tires. I'm lowered on Tein H-Tech springs and I have absolutely no issues with rubbing even with a car load of people and luggage.
Here are a couple more photos.

Thanks! Yes the Htechs are on stock shocks. The stock shocks had about 44k miles on them when I put the Htechs on and I've ridden on the Htechs for about 10k miles now. The shocks are still holding up completely fine. The ride is a little bouncy on really rough pavement but they seem to work fine as a pair. This combo is fine for daily use but don't expect a huge change in handling because the Htechs are still a very soft spring. I'd like to upgrade to Koni Yellows eventually but for now the stock shocks seem to be working just fine for me.

You can also fit 225/45/17 which will reduce the stock diameter 1.9% but you'll be ok. Heck you can even run 215/50/17 stock tsx sizing but the tires will be stretched width wise some but you'll be fine.

Don't want to threadjack here, but my wife was driving my 07 TSX today and nailed a pothole, cracking the rim (on the inside, so it could be repaired without requiring a complete refinish). I was looking on Craig's List and found a set of 5 spoke OEM wheels off of an 04-08 TL, with rubber and TPMS stems, for a reasonable price and I'm thinking about picking them up and eventually get the other rim repaired and use those style rims (the 9 spokes on the 07 TSX) for winter wheels.
Anyway, the tires on there currently are 215/50/17's, and I understand that the TL stock tires are 235/45/17. Will I have any clearance issues? The car is completely stock. Is the offset on the TL rims such that they will be fine on the TSX?
Thanks,
Pete
