Are these wheels good?

I haven't heard of this brand (Exel), but they seem to have a few good looking styles and on this site there are some good deals. any experiences with the brand or with this store?

Instead of exel you need to get some ENKEI wheels... Try the RS5 or RS6 They are HOT

Sure, Enkei, Advan, 5Zigen would be nice, but I'm on a limited budget here..

Most of these run about $500-$600 a set, but compared to ~$2000 a set for the brand name ones, I guess it's worth a look.

I"m looking at:
Advan Kruezer X replica

and these...looks familiar but dunno what they're replica's of:

they're good styles b/c they're straight ripoffs of jdm wheels. i don't know the quality but in general those brands crack easily. and i've heard very bad things about wheelmax, try searching on clubrsx they have a long and extensive list of threads about wheelmax i believe

Wink

look at this site

it's located in Vancouver. they got some pretty cheap rims.

personally i like this one the most

I ring them to check the price for that wheel.... it's only 170 CDN each wheel.
However, they dun have stock for that style rite now. but i think it's a pretty good deal.

I was actually looking at those wheels before. Almost bought them instead of the ones I have now but decided to go with OEM look on my first mod car. I would say, if u just wanna ride them normally on the streets without racing, they'd be ok. Just wouldnt want to take them to races or doing corners at 100mph with them, they'll probably crack/bend real easy.

Personally I think the NEX-O PX-5 18s will look evils on the TSX

Which wheels did you end up getting, kaikai?

btw, the guy in your avatar (which I'm assuming is you) looks like a Korean friend I had in college.

you get what you pay for.

all cast wheels are risky for devoloping cracks - but some companies are not as good as others.

i would rather buy an enkei or racing hart over an exel wheel any day.
