Tein Springs Help

I am having trouble deciding whether or not to get the Tein H tech springs or Tein S tech springs. I have a 05 TSX thats around 32K. I like the stance of the Tein S springs but Im not sure if i should just stick with the H tech.

Also what sites can I purchase for a good price? This is going to be my first purchase and installation with springs.

Personal preference go with the Tein S Tech's, the stance looks great!, btw, change your stock shock's and struts also. I just baught a set of RS-R Down Springs, which the stance is almost similiar, if not identical to the S Tech's. I also just picked up today a set of Tockio HP Blue shocks and sturts to swap out with my OEM.

btw; my car is also a 05 with about 71K

I was once in your situation, but I went with the H. Tech's.

Subtle drop, straight line felt like stock, but with improved cornering.

This is how it sits, four months after installation back in March '05.

I installed H.Techs this past July. I got them from Marcus at heeltoeauto.com (Acurazine vendor). Good price and fast shipping. The drop is noticeable, more so than the A-Spec suspension drop. The advantages to the H.Techs are: being able to utilize the stock shocks without shortening their service life since the drop is only an inch; aligning car to factory specs without the need for camber kits; the car gains a more aggressive stance, decreasing wheel gap, but still has a clean look; the ride is a tad firmer, but not as harsh as the S.Techs. I upgraded to the 18x8 Black Chrome TL A-Specs and 225 series Yokohamas and the wheelwell is filled nicely without looking too low. With the stock 17 wheels and tires (or had I gone with 235 series on the 18s) the drop is more noticeable as in the following forum: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...t=tein+springs

We sell the TEIN springs. The High Techs have less of a drop and have a softer spring rate. The S-techs are more aggressive but not too firm. PM me for pricing.

Here's my car dropped on H-Tech's w/ stock shocks. I find the ride very nice. Still soft enough that my 17 month old daughter doesn't get jarred, but slightly stiffer than stock. Cornering definitely improved as well.

They have actually settled slightly lower since these pics were taken. Maybe 1/4" lower. I absolutely love the look, and its still practical (not too low) to be used in the winter around here without becoming a snowplow with the OEM lip.

The H-Tech drop is rated at 0.75" rear, 1.1" front. My guess is that it lowered that amount or just slightly more (maybe 0.2" more all around). I love it.
