Im installing my tein basics on my 04 tsx. I have a question, where do the gold circlular objects go? Do they go on the front struts near the top?

Here is a pic of them, they are the gold rings above the shocks

 

The gold things are spring seats. They go on the top of the front springs under the oem top hat. They fit inside the rubber ring in the top hat.
