45k miles on a suspension is a decent amount.....the springs should still be good, perhaps the dampers might be a little aged. At $250, it seems like an okay deal. You can pick up a new set for $650 on ebay.

Also, confirm if they were on a automatic or manual TSX and match with your car. They are different model numbers; the AT version is set up for a heavier car.

I think there was a different part numbers for:

04-05 5AT
04-05 6MT
06-08 5AT
06-08 6MT

I'm thinking folks liked the 06-08 5AT a-spec part number because it dropped just a little more compared to the others.

Curry Acura has brand new A-spec for any model year for $650 (shipping included in price):

http://www.curryacuraparts.com/pro.html

I've had my a-spec on my 06 TSX for +4 years and +50,000 miles (still have original shock/springs in the garage). It would not be worth the trouble to part out my TSX and sell the suspension separately. The labor to uninstall, reinstall, and alignment would cost me more than $250. Maybe the person upgraded to a different suspension from A-spec? A-spec is an excellent upgrade compared to stock; but, I would be a little suspect about buying a used set without a part number or personal inspection (damage and/or leaks).

45k miles is a lot for a suspension. You should aim for something under 10k miles.

Sounds like the A-spec is being phased out. Tried a few places (Acura Carland and others) who have discontinued on their site. Was able to get the last one in stock (for '06 automatic) from Curry.

Not sure of the longevity of these, but 45k miles on it sounds like a lot. Unless it was Bilsteins I would be leary of them unless super cheap.

45K Miles is a lot? I dont that thats to bad at all and for 250 that not a bad deal at all. I would jump on them but like the others said make sure its for your car (mt/at)
Will the 06-08 AT fit the 04 AT?

Misspoke on the A-spec. Just spoke with Curry, the 06-08 model version is discontinued but they are selling the 04-05 version in its place.
