Does anyone know if you can purchase A Spec springs only, without the struts? If so where? I am going to call my local Acura dealer tomorrow but they are pretty "by the book" so I can bet what they are going to tell me about buying only a part of the A Spec suspension.

 

Doubt you're gonna get just the springs.

It's sold as a package.

 

dont think i've ever seen just the springs being sold, but just get an after market set of springs like H-techs.

and even if the dealer would sell you just the springs, theyd probably charge an arm and a leg like they always do

 

A-Spec comes from the factory pre-assembled with springs on struts and top-mounts attached. I think it's insanely unlikely you can buy new A-Spec springs from Honda.

 

Theres a few sites that carry only the springs, mainly the dealers, or online websites.

Extremely doubt you can purchase them separately. If your not looking for a big drop like what they said up top. Go with the H-Techs.

 

I am selling my A-spec srrings only!!!! I am taking them off so I can put H-tech on my A-spec struts. I live in Toronto, my car is 1 month old and has 2600 km on it. Let me know if you want it. Let me know how to post pics here then I can take a few pics for you. Thank you.

 

I want to put the A Spec springs on Koni Yellows. The reason i want these springs and not the H Techs is becuase of scca rules. The A Spec spring is classified a "factory" spring and so I can maintain the class i race in. If i go with the Tein springs i will be in a different class.

lcrazyaznl do you know any of those sites anymore? I did a brief search on google and didnt find anything.

I might post an ad in the blackmarket. Maybe someone with the A Spec suspension wants to go lower and can get rid of their springs.
