Pls check your spare tire wing nut and see whether you can easily unscrew it to remove the spare and check the spare tire pressure.
Log story short I was driving few days back and my front passenger side tire went bad (was making lot of noise as a small strip came off in the inner diameter and was hitting the plastic housing. Pulled to a nearest gas station and tried to remove the spare tire and the wing nut won't budge.
Eventually it broke when i tried to unscrew it. And the road side service came with out even trying any thing said they cannot look into it as one side of the plastic broke and asked me to call for a towing service !!.
Fortunately i am close to a friends house (i cut off the strip from the tire and fortunately it is still in drivable condition) and drove there and used a crowbar to get that broken piece off to get the spare out.
I was lucky that i was not in the middle of nowhere when this happened.
Mine is 2005 TSX and never needed to take the spare out all these years fortunately.

Hello,
I have a 2005 TL with the same problem. I tried to remove the spare today to check pressure and the nut would not move. I used more force and broke off both wings on the plastic wing nut.
How did you remove the nut? Where did you apply crowbar? I'm at home and have access to lots of tools.
The crowbar did not work for me. I used a dremel with cutting wheel to cut off the plastic top and to expose the bolt. I then applied penetrating oil and let it soak overnight. Next day, I used a socket on the bolt. It was still very difficult to remove but I finally got it free.
You ran your tires down below the wear indicators for a strip to break off. That and your alignment is out, causing inner tire wear. At the minimum you need new tires, an alignment and probably new suspension components. Can’t expect to drive a vehicle for years and have nothing go wrong underneath. That wing nut is the least of your problems.
