Best thing for you to do is this:
Find a car or a picture of a car that is exactly what you want.
Measure how much (or roughly) distance is in between the center
of the wheel and the bottom of the fender.
Then go to your car and apply that measurement.
The difference from the measurement point and your fender's
current position is the amount of drop you want.
Personally, I'll probably drop my car 2.4 inches in the rear (max for SS coilover)
and 2.75 inches in the front. So the fenders come down to but don't
conceal any of the tires. And personally I don't consider that "slammed."
I consider "slammed" to be when tires need to be tucked into the fenders
and such, but not if the tires are totally visible.
Everyone will have their opinion though.

i think, at minimum, if your wheels are tucked in, you're definately slammed.
but it's all relative. i just had some tein basics installed and i have slightly more than a finger gap front and back (basically to spec as per tein), and i think that's pretty slammed from what it was stock.
