RonJon Devotion-1pF, 19" front / 20" rear, lotsapics!!

So I had two prototypes of each diameter, and My sister had a TSX loaner for a few hours while her car got service. took advantage and got these mounted and shot. these are not really stagered, they just look it, but they are both 8.,5" wide. 19" will fit the front and rear fine, BBk or OEM brakes. 20" will fit front and rear fine as well, no rubbing, just tucking, but only with OEM brakes. Don't mind the Stock suspension, it was a loaner. i plan to shoot the TSX once more when we get the production pieces in. here are a few weights i measured when everything was on hand as well:

20" x 8.5" w/ 225/35/20: 45lbs
19" x 8.5" w/ 225/35/19: 44lbs
18" x 8" w/ 235/40/18: 39 lbs
all the above are sample wheels in polished finish with a little more weight to be taken off before prodcution.

17" x 7" w/ 215/50/17: 47 lbs
Stock wheel and tire for TSX.

Pretty damn good for 20" wheels to be 2 lbs lighter than stock 17" wheels and tires.
18" wheel and tire are almost 10 lbs lighter per wheel and look a ton better than 17"!

here is the web page with all the needed info:

Damn I want the 18" rims. I still have the stock rims on mine. How much will performance/acceleration increase due to the decreased weight of the 18" rims versus the stock rims... or will the larger size rim offset any performance gain?

Thanks for the compliments everybody. The wheels are shocking good looking in person, i mean I get people stopping me at red lights and at intersections to ask me questions. And the best part is that they will only get better once we have some real production pieces, painted / polished complete with vinyl decals, centercaps, and badges.
its all up there, just scroll up and read before the pics, here it is again:
20" x 8.5" w/ 225/35/20: 45lbs
19" x 8.5" w/ 225/35/19: 44lbs
18" x 8" w/ 235/40/18: 39 lbs

20" forged wheels that look like this and weigh less than 17" stockers come at a decent price. I could have made them less $$ but then they wouldn't weigh what they doo, or be as strong. Definetly worth the extra cost in the long run.

Yeah, I agree with you. I have 04' Carbon Grey TSX but not sure which wheels I would buy because it is kind of hard decision on which wheels looks great on CG. I plan to buy Oem or Kenstyle kit then buy wheels. Some customers told me that I should get wheels first then body kit. I like those new wheels, it looked awesome but pricy for me, ha.

Not feeling the rims. Actually all Ronjon rims are not my style. However, the TL ronjon body kit is amazing.

Ron... when you say "just tucking" regarding the 20" set, do you mean you have to run negative camber in the back to keep from rubbing?

Wheels look great --- generally not a big full chrome/polished wheel guy, but these bad boys look dope!

What are the specs on the lip widths for each size?

Maybe these will help a bit with a slight drop added. Wheels always look better with a drop.

What I mean is that if you drop the TSX 3" or very low, the 20" wheels with 225/35/20 will clear the fender wheel well without rubbing, and will tuck. I haven't had a chance to calculate camber, but none is need to clear, it clears as is.

Front 19" lip is 1.25" due to BBK caliper clearance, the rear 20" lip is 2.25" and they don't clear BBK, but they clear the OEm brakes just fine.

Thanks Neil for the drops, imagine a Bodykit too! here is a banner for the site with a nice drop too:
