Rims

It's not really anything a search can answer.

I have ABP, and not anytime soon, since i have other mod's on the list, i want to get rims(plus it's winter season).

Im not looking for chrome, not a fan on cars, nor am i looking for white. Im looking for 18 inchers, and im really lost when it comes to rim companies and prices/tires. I dont know what anyone means when they talk about offsets, and things along those lines.

However, i really like dabuda's rims, and the ronjon, but i think the ronjon's are a bit out of my pricerange (prob dabudas also).

So what im asking, is if anyone knows rims that are similar to those, gunmetal, etc, companies and prices that they think might look good on a ABP tsx, or maybe just some sites i can look at for myself? Any and all help appreciated.

Thx for the compliments dabuda.

I still like the OEM Silver Star wheels on the ABP.

I am sure you already tried, but just in case you can check out rims @ www.tirerack.com

Edit: And definitely check out Xizor's Wheel Gallery. If you see something you like, Google the rim name and it should pop sites where you can buy them.

Do you guys think it would be stupid to buy rim's right before winter season. If i do that, then i run the chance of messing them up in the winter, and denting my $$ gap for the comptech.

if you plan to keep your OEMs I would get rims when the weather is good and put summer hi performance tires on them. summer tires will be terrible in the snow though.

Use the OEMs for dedicated winter rims and put a set of snow tires on them. The stock all season did not get good ratings for snow usage. Use the aftermarket set for the other months.

Not much, just slightly over your initial budget.

Heres a thread on my rims and yes, all your questions can be answered by a search. Did you even try?

another reminder:

ABP + CF hood + 19" bronze wheels + suspension = done.

when people drool over your car, i will have the pleasure knowing I TOLD YOU SO!

now go off and do it before tsex on 19s does.

Servos are $1000 for 18", no tires. And for the record, you egt what you pay for, so becarefull on going too cheap. Also, wheels in the winter are usually less expensive due to the slow season, mybe you can buy and store?

they are plenty of wheels out there.
